Character Description
An all-around decent and strong-willed member of the Toon Resistance, though long-since retired from active duty. Still helps out Toons in need whenever called back into action.

Kind, giving, always willing to help out the little guy whenever he can.

Likes: A good laugh, Mayor Flippy, The Toon Resistance, Doodles (pets), fighting Cogs.
Dislikes: Greeners, Cogs, the color gray, business suits, the stock market, party poopers.
Background/History
Loopy Furball Fuzzywoof is a Toon formerly owned by an old friend of mine that I took on after I rediscovered Toontown years back just before its shutdown.
In-universe, Loopy Furball Fuzzywoof is a retired Toon veteran from the TTO days. He'd heard about a problem in the nearby area of Toontown, so he decided to pack up what little he had and see if he could help. Little did he know he'd be drafted into Toontown's active military shortly after arrival.
Working his way through Toontown's vast landscapes, he decided to go Sound-less, since his experience showed that Sound is essentially useless and can be counterproductive at best in some scenarios.
After proving himself to be a competent Cog fighter, he was drafted to the Toon Resistance to try to help take down the Cogs for good. Of course, he was up to the challenge. And with his deadeye aim and accuracy of his Gags, he managed to safely take down all 4 base Cog factories over a couple months.
Now, Loopy Furball Fuzzywoof's retired from constant Cog fighting, though he does choose to go out and fight them for sport, though he knows it's 'cause technically he's still a member of the Toon Resistance. He's still called in every now and then to teach new recruits the basics of Toon Resistance activities out in the field. He is also an on-and-off member of the Silly Meter development team, being one of the most outside-the-box thinkers of the team.

None yet, but possibly in the future, we'll see.
World/Setting
It's essentially Toontown as it is/was. To be specific, the current LFF comes from Toontown Offline, a remake/remaster of TTO at its core level with expanded-upon lore from TTO itself.

Tall. Purple and tan skin. Pie-cut eyes.

Black and white wingtip shoes, purple shorts, purple shirt and purple vest, white gloves.

Black glasses, orange and blue backpack with paint splatters.
