to be fair though, as i just did people may not even read the page descriptions rather than read or look at the pages.
i had not read any of the page descriptions or comments until i hit the latest (and last available) page, and that is usually the pattern that i follow when looking at art or comics; its not even conscious that is just how i go through them more often than not.
and without the context of the page descriptions or comments combined with the cover page one of the first impressions i got also followed the "lewds incoming" track and i had not thought the character underage rather than just kind of lanky i guess? as well as pretty fanboyish/naive so maybe stick to a 1 warning kind of rule rather than an insta-block? definitely a possibility that others would follow the same track i had just gone and not even know that the character is underage without it being blatantly obvious (think shorter than table or obviously children clothes) especially since the character has been sitting at the computer the whole time so height is less apparent.
i'm largely of the same opinion as you (As far as i can tell) on that kind of subject but just wanted to point out that you may end up blocking someone that had no idea they were going against a rule or going into that subject's territory.
