Ah I forgot to post this a lil while back. Anyway yet another alien species from me. As always with my alien species first pic there's a codex entry on the species and specific lil story on the individual in it. ^^

he Dalasine are a Mammalian species native to the planet Dalendra. Their world sports two moons making tides and weather patterns more extreme then those typically found on earth. Dalasine live for approximately 500 years on average. Their horns come in a variety of shapes and sizes with even females processing them though theirs tend to be smaller. Unlike most mammals which give birth to live young Dalasine actually are born from eggs. Normally a Dalasine female will lay a single egg at a time. Twins are rare and identical twins are exceptionally rare as well. Dalasine culture is becoming a more open and understanding one though there is still a great degree of importance placed on honor and acting in an honorable manner. This honor is all the more important to Warriors among their culture. Despite their social progress there are still lingering pockets of sexism, racism, and bigotry among their culture and the impulse for conflict is still there though their unified government prevents open war. Grudges are typically settled in their bi-yearly gladiatorial games in which contestants of various former nations compete. Dalasine possess a moderate size fleet with emphasis on military defense. Their weaponry both ship board an infantry tends to be a combination of kinetic and energy based and infantry still favor having some sort of melee weapon with themselves as well as they are yet another tie to their rich history. Dalasine history has shown their civilization rising and falling a total of seven times.

Javin smiled as he made his usual run. He loved running along this path. The people around were generally pretty nice and he liked the view of the lake he got. Being the height of summer Dalasine dress code was quite minimal. Keeping in shape was important to Javin. He was already incontinent and well if he didn't stay in shape he'd be fair game for all sorts of taunts and such. When his class mates first found out about him still needing diapers he got picked on a lot. But he managed to gain some honor by beating the bully that tried to beat him up once. Javin wasn't the strongest but he sure was fast and knew how to hit. Besides he wanted to keep looking good as he was hoping since he started his higher education that he might finally meet someone special. Gay Dalasine weren't exactly around every corner and many were still in their closet. Hopefully this would be a more open setting for him. As he ran down the path he was roused from his thoughts a local vender waving too him. Javin looked back with a smile and decided to head on over and say hi and maybe grab a drink too for the road.
