Done in I am guessing 1996 or 1997, After getting heavily into playing Tekken and SoulBlade/SoulEdge and some Street Fighter at the time with Kiken, I decided to make a fighting based character for such tournaments. Kiken at the time was pondering making a video game or world based off Kiken and some other characters of his. Rick was an Asian Kick-boxer and had some Ki focusing abilities similar to Ryu from SF2 to throw short little ‘fireballs’ of energy. Nothing original I know, and that's why ultimately canned him and didn't develop anymore. Only a few pics of him exist.
