Character Description
Saint can generate electric currents throughout his body like an electric eel. He has retractable wings under his arms for swimming like a manta, and very strong tail for hydrodynamic propulsion (like an underwater airplane). Has mark of past lives on his right arm.
Personality
Tries to maintain a balanced personality, but can still get carried away at times. Tries to use logic and reasoning to solve problems.

Background/History
Saint comes from a species is a semi-aquatic race of creatures with highly advanced predatory instincts whom were then being poached to near extinction by an unknown race of beings for all forms of consumption.
Saint has experienced spiritual upbringing on land through meditation and Tai chi to where he managed to use his skills and biology to manipulate water. His first meditation session caused him to discover one of his past lives, thus branding the sign on his right arm. He then used the knowledge he gained and the skills he's learned, to kill the prime and encourage his remaining species to fight back.
Though while being hidden from everyone else for survival he hasn't had the greatest social life, and thus has a hard time speaking to people. Due to the visions he's seen and the stuff he's endured he is constantly haunted by past and constantly tries to re-balance himself, but due to his upbringing he has trust issues and finds it hard to accept help from people. But when people ask about his well being he mostly thinks he's fine because his conscience is hiding the past from him.
World/Setting
From Atlantis, the darkest depths of the ocean. But lives on land
Body
Light tan wolf-like body with silver spots, small sharp deer antlers, and a THICC shark/wolf like tail, with gills on his neck and retractable hydrodynamic wings for underwater navigation.
Clothing
Mainly wears pants and top wear on land, but doesn't wear anything above the waist under water for easier swimming. However he usually doesn't wear anything while sleeping to avoid chaifing or in-grown fur.
