Character Sheet for Kval Leonidovich Alatyrtsev
Character Description
He is a typical white rabbit. He is 5'9'' tall and weighs 148 pounds. Few distinguishing characteristics in his appearance. Dresses plainly, but will dress up for an occasion. Well-groomed young adult.
He has long, stiff ears (not lop ears), and a spade tail.
He does not know how to really fight, but he can hold his own if he needs to, especially when it comes to protecting his little sister.
Personality
Kval is a kid at heart. He treats life with a grain of salt. To him, everything is a joke or a pun, until he really does need to get serious. He can be very paternal to his sister, at times. Sometimes he will speak in riddles or metaphors, but with just such a touch that whomever he speaks to can understand what he means after a bit of thought.
He is fascinated with childhood behavior, given his observations about his sister. He is incapable of being annoyed by an onslaught of questions; in fact he encourages his sister to ask every little one she can.
Cheerful, paternal, and all-around perfect big brother and guardian.
Likes/Dislikes
He loves his little sister, and will go out of his way to make her happy. He also loves psychology, learning, and listening to classical or instrumental music, especially flutes.
He despises drugs and violence. He'll do everything he can to resolve conflicts as soon as possible, and hates quarrelling or arguing, and especially shouting. He is wary and anxious to put him or whomever is in his charge in any dangerous or difficult situation.
Loathes Big Bad Brother.
Background/History
Since middle school, Kval had been addicted to marijuana. The more he used the drug, the more agitated he became, especially toward his sister; to the point where her very presence made him livid.
However, during his Sophomore year at high school, his friend Jimmy was killed in a drug trade. He was forced to face reality, looking at his entire life from the outside. He quit using cold-turkey, and for a time became a shell of a person.
He eventually found purpose and motivation through none other than the sister that he hated so much before that. Recognizing and fearing the harm he had done to her, especially given how young she was, he became obsessed with her well-being. The obsession mirrors in extremity to the anger he felt and the harm he caused her, making this obsession nearly a psychosis.
He continues to have an internal struggle, unable to recognize or acknowledge within himself when he has made up for his past, nor able to confront his sister--his victim--about it openly.
