This is a reference to Wakfu season 1 episode where the main characters were in the town of Forfut. People there were ghoulified and they eventualy dealt with the cause.

Spencer is dressed as an Ouginak, a dog-people race of savage warriors. Thoma is one of the poor sods who got ghoulified.
