This stained glass or ”Vitraille” is three exemplars. Pne for each Godly City.
This was the last piece of the mystery of the Three Godly Cities, on wich Elijah Hell spent the time between his adoption by Stelly Zisnj and his treason towards the UPV.

The stained glass answer to the last question: Who build the Cities?

Nota Bene: At first Elijah thought that there was only one City. But with the Help of Charlotte Vanne, Michaelle, Airedanielle and Coffeus Ketzio, he found out that two other cities existed.
