Back in Chapter 3 of "Michael and Amanda", Michael is revived from stasis by Drs. Leo and Tigresa Panthera. Since he has no apparent effects from being in stasis for 20,000 years, they take him home and, after he meets their 6 cubs, they decide to take him to dinner to welcome him to their home. They decide to go to The Blue Deer restaurant and as Michael approaches The Blue Deer Restaurant, he notices the sign above the door to the restaurant. This is the sign he saw.

Thanks for the suggestion. I can say that the menu at "The Blue Deer" is quite eclectic. The choices are varied in the extreme, especially when you consider that it's owned by a white English Bulldog and his Blue Merle English Bulldog wife.
