Payment
Payment is required upfront. All prices are in USD. With this you'll get all the in progress shots, making it easier for you to catch anything you want changed early on. Payment through Paypal is best.

Delivery Timeline
I will provide a more specific delivery date at the time of comissioning, but generally I would turn around in 1 - 2 weeks after receiving details. I can't start if you don't provide them. If you have a specific date you need it by, let me know. Understand that particularly tight deadlines may incur a rush fee. I will be clear on this prior to starting work.

Understand that this timeline is also subject to your feedback. If I'm waiting on confirmation of a draft for 2 weeks, I can't deliver in 1 week.

Delivered Product
The illustration you requested multiple sizes and resolutions, as well as a PSD of the art. File types, resolutions, etc. are all negotiable. If you need something special, just ask. I do retain work after it's done, so if you end up needing something later I can provide. Variations (e.g. everything, linework only, no background) I can provide as well. Generally these will be free of charge, though excessive requests may result in a fee. I will let you know beforehand.

Refunds
I will issue refunds in situations I feel they're warranted. However, I would rather work with you to make you happy over issuing a refund. If the art is not to your liking, or does not match your description, or anything of that manner, we can talk. See revisions below.

Revisions
I will provide in progress shots throughout the process, allowing you to catch any errors or desired changes while they're easy to fix. In the case where I feel I made the mistake (e.g. your reference clearly says blue fur and I give you green), I will make the correction free of charge. Minor revisions I will also make free of charge. Dramatic changes, or excessive rounds of revision, may incur additional fees. To avoid this, please group your feedback in one message so I can get all of it at once. Also, particularly if I make anatomy or perspective errors, let me know early in the process. I will clearly let you know if the level of revision will incur a fee.

Content
SFW and NSFW allowed. For NSFW art, the following items are prohibited:
-Anything that violates FA's content restrictions
-Scat, watersports, and similar
-Snuff porn
-Situations clearly involving rape or sexual violence
-Excessive gore or violence*
-Other excessively fetishistic material, I can discuss**

*Excessive would fall in the category of Guro, or containing large amounts blood, dismemberment and similar. I do like fencing, and will gladly draw fights, but there is a limit. Blood is allowed. What would be a fatal weapon hit is also okay, and does not violate snuff.
**This is not say fetish material isn't allowed. See my gallery for typical content. This is for things that would fall under extreme but does not have a category above.
