A genetic super-mobian powered by solar energy, having optionally radioactive claws, and would destroy anything he can. While he may be a supervillain hell-bend on destruction, he shares a soft spot for his creator, as well as the creator sharing a soft spot for him. It was all in a matter of development and trust with one another.*
Same character I created from 2016, but the differences are pretty straight-forward. He's a solar-powered experiment created in a lab. But, since I've made more changes to my TSS canon, Snively Robotnik wasn't the father of the creation, as Dr. John "Gone" Madison is.
