Another character from the mind of my little brother, and he'll also be Carrie's new love interest (since I still ship Phantom and David more often, but don't worry, Carrie is still with Phantom and David as best friends). I don't have much to explain what this character's story will be, since I only made this when I had the right amount of motivation for stuff like this. And, only one change was that cute Nitori-esque hair style, since my little brother uses Furry doll maker for most of his characters.
