When Ash is alone and has alot of paperwork he makes quick meals of instant Cheesy Noodles, and energy drinks to help him stay up and full.
When he was dating Mina she let him continue this habit, but when he started dating Sonic, he would try and get Ash to eat more healthy and still finds it weird that Ash eats the way he does even though he can cook for himself.
