O come, O come, Emmanuel, And randsom captive Israel, That mourns in lowly exile here, Until the Son of God appear.
O come, Thou Wisdom from on high, Who ordered all things mightily, To us the path of knowledge show, And teach us in her ways to go.
The past year or two I thought about doing an Advent Wreath each year, as sort of a benchmark of my skills. However, I only really did it last year, and I only got to week two I believe. However, I didn't end up giving myself as much time as I would have liked with this wreath, so I ended up having to cut corners to not chew off too much time from my mainline projects. What mainly bothers me is how the leaves clip through the candle holders, how the legs are apprently not even, I didn't make an unburned wick variant on the unlit candles, the candles are the same height after burning for some time, etc.
Honestly, I prefer to go as realistic as possible, but it just didn't happen this year. Suppose there's better planning to be done next go around.
