• Continuing the Legacy X Chapter 5 story: The motivation for Cell's actions is an accident that happen to his children and himself. He has a son and daughter named Sammy and Maria both injured during a battle between the Legacy X team and Chaos himself. Seeing how these powers cause trouble Cell makes it his mission to wipe out all New Type users and any other heroes who get in his way.
