For example, dose his tail have all of those effects at once or can he chose to use the Strength Rune and use his tail like a club?

Hum, i would say the big light orange ones are active giving more agility to the legs, more strength for arms, vigilance for the ears and courage to the mind ^^
Still i am indeed curious about the 3 last ones. Don't really know how they could manifest. Maybe paralysis for suppression....

Since he's got one for Incantation, he's obviously a mage. So do the runes gradually burn out as his magic dwindles? How many runes can he activate at the same time? If he uses a Stranger Rune on his tail and then hits someone with his tail, would they go flying like they'd been hit with a truck?
