This October in 2020, we had 2 full moons! which means the second one was a blue moon! and that blue moon fell on Halloween! and the Umbreon figure came out the same month! Last month was Umbreon month, the moon pokemon! I like to say that shiny umbreon is a blue moon pokemon because both are rare, so have my green shiny umbreon with a blue moon!
