I took this computer screenshot back n 2006. A 64 GB USB memory stick selling for $5,739.99 or $7,413.81 today's money. Or finance it in easy payments of just only $178.15 a month for 174 months. Or 14.5 years

Seriously, this was so absurd back in 2006 that I had the crazy idea to take a screenshot of this.

Now in 2020 64 GB USB memory sticks sell for $6.99. Crazy huh?

And yes, I was using Windows 2000 back in 2006 at my old workplace.

Crazy right? Did you catch the bragging on the "blazing" fast read write speeds of 20MB/s read and 15 MB/s write? And indeed, Technology moves so danged fast.
