Just realized I didn't ever post this one. Well, technically it's not really complete, but it's something I'd like to expand on eventually with my worldbuilding and such. Unfortunately not much yet ready though, so just gonna have it here as a neat kinda pic where I tested effects and such.
As far as what I've made so far goes, you can expect a lot more extreme content in Angra - both extreme sizes macro/micro size, technology levels that differ wildly from region to region, and more large-scale things happening.
Structurally, it's more similar to our universe than Anima, with vacuum separating planets, stars like ours, etc.
so it's more like Sci Fi than Anima? ahhhhhhhh, so it's like a giant tree! gotcha! so is everything close in both universes though? and what do you intend to do with both? also, is FTL a thing in either world?

Things aren't too close - closer than ours, where slower-than-light travel is possible between solar systems, but it's as time-consuming and has same vibes as intercontinental voyages in the age of sail. FTL is possible though, in a few different ways, in fact one priority of mine RN is making something to explain all that, might have something ready in the near future~
As for what I intend for them, well, both are universes of giants, pretty much. Giants and tinies, with wild differences between them, and supernatural abilities sprinkled in them. Anima is more subdued with that, with ranges between just really big and strong lads to colossi. Angra has beings so powerful they can hold stars in their fingers... For a few examples:
that makes sense, then you have my nascent world, which has everything so close together that school diagrams of the solar system are accurate, and if you went at lightspeed, you could probably cross the entire galaxy in at most a week or two makes sense! fair enough what would you want the overall "aesthetic" of both worlds to be?

Eeeey that's cool!! I do love seeing others doing their worldbuilding as well, it's really inspiring~
As for aesthetics, hmmm... Anima = mainly modern with ancient / bronze age vibes, I'd say? Angra = Very anachronistic, stark blends of futuristic, stone age and whatever elso could be.

thanks! I'm glad you like it! though I suppose I shouldn't call it a "world" more of an idea, but still. another feature of this hypothetical galaxy is that space would have air in it, kind of like Treasure Planet, which will likely be my main inspiration, and if not that, then I'll likely make all the spaceships have a sort of Ghibliesque Steampunk or Dieselpunk flair to them (like Nausicaa or Castle in The Sky) which makes sense since in this world it'd actually make sense for spaceships to have wings (as much as I love Star Wars, even I'll admit I have no idea why starfighters need them)
so Anima would kind of be like Stargate and/or warframe and Angra would be like Star Wars? cool!

thanks! which do you think would look better? I'm leaning more towards the Steampunk/Dieselpunk side, basically every spaceship would be a plane in some way
cool! with the ringships and all? (as a sidenote, I feel like Submarines could be used as spaceships) 40k was actually my second guess, but I didn't go with it since while it is very anachronistic, it's not really a mishmash kind of anachronism, it's moreso "the middle ages with space technology" which I love, but I didn't know if that's what you meant
speaking of 40k, gotta give a shoutout to how surprisingly realistic The Imperium's structure is

True, true! (and yup ^^ in general gotta love 40k's lore <3)
Mmmm I do loke the sound of dieselpunk... it's a very underrated punk I feel! Oh, and before I forget, if you wanna chat about worldbuilding and such, you got any instant message? telegram, discord? if you do, would be a pleasure adding you there ^^
