I've held one of those machine guns and trust me they are despite being called light machine guns are still quite heavy, he has a strong arm!

17lbs empty. about 22 fully loaded. So not impossible, just really hard to do for long. Or you're really pissed off like it looks like in the picture.

Never said it was impossible. I wouldn't call it safe either. But he looks like as you said in full rage mode and could probably use it like a .22 right now.
