I had this really cool idea about SSB Ultimate that Sans used his ability to warp space and time to save the DLC characters from Galeem. Justifies them just appearing in your roster. This was also before Marth 8 was announced. I would have included some full-body character costumes here as well, like Cuphead.
Then I played Persona 5 and realized it would be equally as cool and make more sense if Joker took them into Mementos - but I don't have the patience to draw something like that anymore.
