Seems David got caught and was trialed for his actions. Judy was forced to take Noah with her as she didn't have time to hire a babysitter. Needless to say, the Jury's decision to place David on Death Row didn't go well for any of them. David hopes that one day, he can apologize to his family, Noah was throwing a temper tantrum because they were gonna take away his daddy, and Judy just sat there, silently crying, knowing this is the last time they'll ever see David forever..
