This pacifier gag can be used to gag little boy/girl shut and make his/her sound like a baby mumbling. This gag has a special mechanism that doesn’t need a strap to hold in the mouth and the wearer cannot remove the gag without a key.
The mechanism consists of 2 metal panel with a very high friction rubber on it. insert the device and force the wearer to bite the device to make their teeth sit between the panel. then pull the handle and turn the handle to rest on the rising bar the panel with high-friction will press their teeth, locking it in place, he/she can’t move its jaws now.
Pump the air in the hole on the handle to inflate the balloon inside to stuff its mouth. completely shut wearer up. The only thing they can do is mumbling like a baby.
Locks the lid and done.

Yeah. I find that a single teeth can withstand pressure as much as 100kg so I'm thinking about how to clamp those teeth with enough force and not slip out, so I use a high-friction rubber on the clamp to lock those teeth very tight without apply too much force and break those little milk teeth.
