Edit: I forgot to account for the fact that, of this ~50% pool a bi person "unlocks," a majority of them aren't interested in same-sex relations. That would be an even bigger factor than the biphobia, and it's worth considering the two factors together. I should have drawn some of the males as straight instead of biphobes. Ah well.
