It took the better part of a week, but after thinking about things, and spending more time with Orin the dentist... there was just something about him that Vivi couldn't turn down. It wasn't just that he was a professional, but the way he commanded her, the aura he projected, it sent thrills up her spine. And eventually he accepted it too, after his previous girlfriend left him, Vivi was able to fill the gap left, and start to help him feel better, in any way possible.
