Greetings to you all, and Happy Halloween! This year, the prince is all WRAPPED UP in Halloween festivities... ( *groan, I know* XP ) ... and is dressed... somewhat... as a mummy. Yes, I realize this is sort-of an obvious costume for Etheras, considering his overall aesthetic, I'm not sure why I didn't think of it until this year. It is fitting though, no?
For those of you who are going out, please be safe. A lot of places I know festivities are canceled, and its going to be a pretty lame Halloween for a lot of people. But be aware that if you do go out, there will probably be fewer people. With fewer people out and about, drivers might not be expecting pedestrians, etc, etc. So just be careful.
I did write, back when coronavirus broke out, that I was going to take a break from uploading. None of that has changed. But I think there's value in traditions, and every year since Etheras was first published to this site (and even beforehand, with Jaspian) I would always get Halloween art from MoodyFerret and upload it here. Its not a tradition I want to break. So! I hope this little bit of fluffy fennec art brightens your Halloween a lil bit, especially if you're still in lockdown and can't go out. And... Yes I am still here. I haven't died or anything (only to rise again, from my sarcophagus! Mwahahaha!) But after today I'm going to retreat back into being a hermit... probably be back around Christmas time. ;)
