My favourite race in Star Wars are the Trandoshans, so i had to do a fan art of them sooner or later. Got inspired by the Doctor Aphra comic, who had a group of Trandos who looked quite cool. And i even took the occasion to try to improve on my more comic book style and had some fun with his design.
Also, i must say that designing guns that fit Star Wars is harder than i thought. They are way less bulky than i usually do.
I get it. From what I understand they were briefly in Episode 4 in the Cantina, and super briefly in 7. From what I understand, it was a guy wearing a literal werewolf costume in 4, and in 7 they made them pretty short in stature. But the original lore makes them look better. And there were some heroes for the original trilogy, And one Jedi in the animated Clone Wars shorts
