Here is a new character that I had just come up with yesterday. I wanted to make a character that could fit into the Rupert Bear universe as well as the Talespin universe. and since both take place in the early 1920s, he could fit in either one regardless (despite his design doesn't look like a character from that universe, but details XD)
So, this is Scout, he is a young raccoon that has a very 1920s look to him, from which I used clothes similar to Kicks from Animal Crossing, which were no doubt based on young boys clothing from the 1920s, so it seemed like a prefect fit for the character. So, my idea for him is that he resides in a far off kingdom that live on steam power very reminiscent to the Steampunk aesthetic that was pioneered in stories by Jules Verne and H.G. Wells and many others. He may be a smart cub for his age, but even he has much he needs to learn in.
