This is the second character that I adopted from :kyoki-exe from Deviantart. This is Rover, he is Rockets twin brother.

Background:

Rover was born an Angel Dragon on the planet Dragulon to his Angel Dragon parents Daisy and Sunny. He is also the twin brother of Rocket. Rover grew up on a farm with his family. His mother Daisy ran the farm and his father Sunny was a Dragulon senator.

Rover always hung around his brother Rocket, spending every minute together. When he was seven, the family took a trip to the beach and Rover buried Rocket in the sand up to his neck. He left him like that for two hours while he went to play. Because his father was a Senator, Rover and Rocket attended many functions as kids and had to wear suits. Rover rather enjoyed wearing fancy clothes, unlike Rocket.

When he and Rocket turned eighteen, Rover took his dad's credit funds and used them to buy a tattoo for his brother. When the parents found out, Sunny made them enlist in the Dragulon Military Academy. Rover rather enjoyed the training. He enjoyed fighting with a saber sword and blaster. He even enjoyed wearing the military suit, because it made him look handsome.

After a year of attending, Rover and Rocket were assigned to be part of a program to explore the Galaxy looking for low ranked criminals. Rover and Rocket were given their own ship and crew and they explored the Galaxy together.
