However in her dreams, anything is possible when being checked by doctors who are not human and can handle her easily, knowing what she needs. In this case, after examining most of her body, the doctor says to take a deep breath and puff out/up her chest, pressing a stethoscope firmly on there. As the doctor does this, Maggie is able to hold her breath easily without a struggle, her face blushing with delight as she feels her chest thumping outward on its own to the heartbeat rhythm, proving Maggie has the strongest, fastest, biggest heartbeat of all that sounds like a low drum in the jungle that never stops playing.

I'm even more flattered to hear that. You might say this image is also inspired where J Worthington Foulfellow from "Pinocchio" was pretending to be a doctor examining stress levels in him to make it sound like he needed a holiday. And in the cartoon short "Donald Gets Drafted" where he enters the doctor's office before joining the army. Ursula keeps that stethoscope pressed firmly to make sure it's in the right place, impressed and satisfied to watch as Maggie's puffed out chest is thumping outward on its own to the beat, and keeps it on there for further testing to see the results of how else her big, strong heart reacts to things. Maggie is never hesitant or reluctant to keep going, and does what she is told when taking deep breaths in between, which goes on for more than five minutes.
