Andy is part of one or other underground resistance, and considers expression through appearance to be an essential aspect of being a rebel. >3> I imagine any team members with the right reference frames quickly rename him Dandy.
I don't know what he's so concerned about. Maybe he noticed his cheek fluff was off balance. Or maybe he thinks the Cardinal Red buckles are too tacky.
He's not much more than "slightly looks-obsessed wise ass" right now. Oh, and he's meant to be a cross fox, and I'm not quite happy with his markings.
My own cartoon characters still often end up following the Sonic formula. Funny thing is I'm starting to want to draw Sonic characters fully dressed /more realistic just to see how it turns out.
