You guys remember Rupert Bear, the British comic strip? Well, it had an animated series in the 90s by Nelvana (Care Bears, Babar, Pippi Longstalking, etc) which was the series I watched on Qubo.
Anyway, in the show (and strip) Rupert has a friend named Bill Badger who has a baby brother named Toby and I figured I'd get some art of him. In this situation, it looks like Toby has pulled down his green shorts to show off his diaper to his big brother. He just trying to be silly, but not sure how Bill thinks bout the situation. XD
Wow! I remember this cartoon. They played the theme to it at the BBC Proms as part of their Children's Television Icons Prom and I cried with happiness listening to it. And of course, I remember Toby too.

It's been going as a franchise for about a century now. And the comic series is still going. It's not the longest continuous running comic (the Beano takes that accolade) because they stopped production to help towards the war effort in the late 30s and early 40s. In that lifespan, as well as the comic, Rupert has had a handful of TV shows and a made for TV short film. I still enjoy the music from that film. You're doing the best you can, Bill. From what I've seen of Toby it seems like you do enough to keep him happy. I can see that he's not unruly, he's very polite, he loves spending time with you. There's no reason to doubt yourself. You're doing the best you can.
