It must have been that during one of her adventures, she overheard a group of what could have been orcs or dark elves that they were plotting something in five days against a familiar kingdom Ashling has heard about and sends her fairy friend to send an urgent message to the fairy folk while she goes to follow them to their hideout and find out what else they're up to. Princess Ashling is a brave, independent, and skilled archer, but her flaw is that sometimes she underestimates how strong some of these enemy encounters are, even with some of the allies that fight with her, which is what is known to put her in distress. What happens next is that either Ashling is later caught and captured, or she waits until the guards leave the throne room where she bravely goes up to see the orc king sitting atop his throne, saying that she knows what he is up to, despite that the beast has a terrible temper against anyone that opposes him. Instead of calling out the guards, the orc king demands to know how someone like her found their underground hideout that has been hidden from man for eons. However, Ashling wants to know what he has against the kingdom he is attacking, thinking she can reason with him in leaving everyone in peace and never let anyone know about this hiding place. The more Ashling talks, the more suspicious the orc king becomes of her cleverness and skills, soon demanding that she tell him the truth about everything she heard from his henchmen, or else he'll do something major, not even caring if she is a princess or whatever if she's the only one down here.
