The Berenstain Bear siblings, Brother and Sister, decided to go to their town's Medieval Fair. And they came across a pair of old stocks for fun and photo ops. Sister dared Brother to get into them, and so Brother stuck his feet into the stocks, not wanting to be one upped by Sister. But it was all a ruse! Sister then playfully tied up Brother, and began tickling his feet, sending Brother into hysterical giggling! Lil Lady couldn't resist in joining the fun and giving Brother's feet a few ticklish licks!
