After transforming and being found by Nurse Joy and their friends Brock, May and Max, the surprised baby Pokemon use their powers to turn their friends into diapered baby Pokemon as well, while the Ranger from before, Katie, joins in the fun as a padded baby Shinx. Good thing the Blissey Nurse Joy is around to help care for and change their loaded pamps. But there's two different versions for each story, and there's another that has yet to be told...
