Some of their content has suggestions for the sizes that they're looking for. Like if you want to make a specific poster size you can check in their stuff size to that.
I usually aim for a canvas that's 10,000x7,500 pixels or 6,000x9,000 pixels. I've seen that some of their printing options don't need anything back 5000pixels. Again though it depends on the product you want to print.
