"Draconeon, the Abrasive Pokemon

This evolution of Eevee shows up soon after an Eevee levels up while holding a Dragon Scale.  However, upon evolution, their disposition takes a turn for the worst.  Even if previously friendly, Draconeon are ill tempered creatures to most other things.  I think it may have something to do with the drastic changes of an almost unheard of evolution method.  This paired with their tendency for violence leaves them to be released into the wild, where many seclude themselves, often within mountainous areas.  In the very, very few cases studied, this abandonment only makes their attitude worse.

They're incredibly strong, flying about on powerful wings and lashing out at opponents with a lengthy, whip like tail.  We've been able to see this in action a few times, usually when trying to simply... approach them.

However, we have noticed that there's one thing to calm them.  And that's the presence of another dragon pokemon.  Regardless of species, as long as it's nearby another dragon, they almost seem docile and... playful?  Even with other pokemon they'd previously chase down, no less!  If any trainer is crazy enough to try this, it is highly recommended you have another dragon type at all times.

Another thing we've realized is that some of them have different scales than others.  During an experiment with Fairy types, we found some Draconeon were able to take their attacks a lot better.  Granted, their Dragon moves still had no effect, but nonetheless they were able to take more hits before they begrudgingly stood down.  Perhaps this is a new ability taking away a dragon's weakness to fairies...?

More research is needed, but hopefully we'll be able to get every last detail about this species understood."
