A halloween-y character adopt from Tato

Mephisto here is the second overtly spooky character I've adopted with Samedi the deer-lich from last year... hehe; might have to come up with a third and make them a trio; the power of three and all that.

I ahve a huge soft spot for the "cute/spooky" combo...
