Goal has been stated. Care has been established. Now to show passion & commitment. Persistence is key.
Also, here's hoping there is a few crits in there to help the kolbold to convince the dragon.

While this is true, I don't think that being hit constantly when you are sleeping will make for a good regeneration effort...and besides it seems in the last panel the dragon keeps waking up.....

I must be watching too much Jojo's Bizarre Adventure lately because all I can hear in my head at the first panel is the kobold shouting "Ora Ora Ora!" while the dragon is screaming "Muda Muda Muda!" through the whole thing

I believe he is not hitting the wing but her tail... so... tapping that all night long?

Honestly at this point he could most likly actually screw her without her noticing to much... unless the wepapon in his pants is greater that that which he strap on his pants
