After an excursion into minimal surfaces – in particular Schwarz's P and D surfaces and the gyroid – I finally pushed myself to complete this September monthly reward for Ksalyux. This is her two pony genies, Amani and Zirithustra, dancing with their tails around their bottles. The title comes from the inscription on Jacob Bernoulli's tombstone, a Latin phrase meaning "I arise the same though changed" referring to the logarithmic spiral.
