It seems that Herculaneum played some sort of prank on Spark's maid Mincy and, seeing as she's not one to let no bad deed go unpunished, decided to let the mischievous little Riolu earn some good boy points by putting him to some maids work, all while wearing a cute little maids outfit. The first thing Mincy did was to have Hercul sweep up her master's living room. Hercul reluctantly did that though he was very sore about having to wear a dress throughout his punishment.
