Nice, I like how the clear-blue contrasts with the dull-grey.
Though, with how clean the grey/blue borders are, it kinda makes it look like he's wearing blue boots/gloves and that he just dipped his tail in blue paint IMO. (Not saying it's bad thing, just felt like pointing it out, lol.)
