I've never tired of the novelty of "easy listening". SiriusXM has entire channel (#69) called Escape, which is nothing but easy-listening covers and those songs with vocals what qualify. The cool thing? The digital readout gives me both the names and titles of the selections, greatly informing my appreciation of this unjustly maligned genre of pop music. And as our dear friends and esteemed colleagues Jake and Elwood Blues have demonstrated, such tunes can help steel the nerves in otherwise tense and wild situations. Like say, when one is suddenly afflicted with a case of Otisotis...
