Personal art, hurray!!
Her name is Myriad, and she's going to be showing up in my current Alma comic... eventually. My wrist felt a lot better today, and talking with Neill on discord earlier got me all inspired to take a crack at redesigning this old girl of mine.

I wanted her to look strange and otherworldly, so I thought it would be fun to take her in a slightly less sexualized sort of direction. The body hair, small chest, pudgy figure (not that chubby ladies aren't sexy to me!!), headdress/veil, and of course fish-parts hopefully helped to achieve that overall look.
I'm really happy with this drawing, which I'm sure will wear off soon, but oh well! Here she is, she's finished and it's out of my hands.

She looks Otterworldly for sure

Have you tried painting her hair blue? some dark electric blue I think would look great with the brown fur :3 and would match her tail color

That pun! Im dyin! D:>
But anyway, that's a really good idea. I tried so hard to keep her design fairly simple, but it probably wouldn't hurt to spice her up a little.

This looks incredible!

You got every detail just great, love the sheen of her scales and her floofy fur! A very original design, we definitely don't see enough sea otters, especially mermaid otters!

Looking forward to seeing more of this beauty!

Hehe, thank you so much!! It kinda makes me wanna draw more sea otters, as if I don't already have a bunch of unused characters floating around...
Maybe I'll draw her again soon! :O
