Jay is a Snivy and one of Noivern's many friends he has made. Although he is known for that nice smile of his, he tends to be very shy and quiet and to himself. Jay likes to be alone, willing to get a nice piece of fresh air but he doesn't mind whenever Noivern and his friends are around because that is what makes him happy the most.

Complete with his cool spiky hair, he also wears his green wellies/wellington boots too (which he normally wears for rainy days). These green wellies are a pair that he found lying abounded in a muddy field during a walk through the forest thus he has no clue where or who they came from. Jay isn't as much of a big mud-squelching expert as Noivern is but whenever he gets a chance, he doesn't mind joining in with Noivern and pals. He does like it a lot too, it's just he just doesn't want to admit it.
