Yes...a terrible rewording from the lyrics of an infinitely famous song used in City Escape for the sake of fitting the context of this image...and I have no shame for that. >.>"

Aside from that, this also adds some depth into Chess' character.  Despite his short stature (and temper) and boisterous attitude, he's surprisingly a talented mechanic...tinkering just about anything that even worth repairing and/or improving on.  Thus, the existence of this modified Motobug that he so happily rides on through the streets of Central City...aptly named "B.U.G.G.Y." (don't bother asking what the initials stand for...for he hasn't thought that far...).
