Dottie does not have nearly enough near-platinum-blonde hair falling all down her shoulders to qualify as a FNC female anchor.

The bust helps, though.

I actually considered making her a blonde and was going to do it, but then I thought maybe it's better to let Dottie be Dottie. Besides, I didn't want to risk having people ask, "Who's the blonde coyote?"
