Carol: “Mah kingdom’s safe, the dragon’s been dealt with, and we done had ourselves one heck of a wedding. There’s only one last thing that can make this night complete…”
Gus: “N-now hold on, s-shouldn’t we at least get to know each other better first? Ya know, talk for awhile and all that?”
Carol: “Oh, there’ll be plenty of time for that in the morning sugah. But right now it’s time for us to make ourselves an heir… or two or three. Now pucker up mah little cutie king!”
As the newlywed couple disappeared into the privacy of Princess (soon to be Queen) Carol’s bedroom, there was much rejoicing inside the castle and across the land. Now that the hero Gus has defeated the evil dragon that had kidnapped the princess, he was given the highest honor of becoming her betrothed. The wedding ceremony was an absolutely wonderful time, though the priest did find it odd that the groom was dragged to the altar already covered in kisses. And the king and queen could rest easy knowing that their daughter was safe and with the man she loved. Though admittedly they wished that they had ear plugs on hand, given that the couple’s resultant noise kept everyone in the castle awake all throughout the night.
