Since I'm finally back to make more art I thought I might get a bit serious and actually practice and do some studies as one might say.

I pulled up some refs and decided to make a few sketches to test myself while working to draw animals with more accurate facial features. It was somewhat challenging, especially for the blue jay, but it really helped a lot and so I will continue to make more sketch pages in the future.
