Recently finished binge watching Amphibia, so naturally I had to make an OC.
Introducing Phibee (fib-ee)! She's a young newt from a coastal community near the southeast shore of Amphibia. Every day she works hard to follow her dream of one day becoming a super powerful newt spellcaster. Alas, she can only reliably cast glow bubbles. Though if she aquired some sort of catalyst, or something awakened her innate magical ability, even if temporarily.. Who knows what kind of adventures await her!
